Yes! That’s the beauty of building Shared Lists in Crossbeam. It’s fast, easy, secure, and is updated in real time. You can easily share your lists with your fellow colleagues in Crossbeam. Team members will receive an email invite notification and in-app notification, and will receive updates with new activity, like adding accounts, updating notes, etc.
Unfortunately, no. Shared Lists work on a one-to-one level and can only be shared with one partner. However, you can invite multiple internal collaborators to a list from your organization, and your partner can do the same.
Once Shared Lists are created and sent to the Account Owner, they will receive a notification (via email and Slack) letting them know it’s available and ready to use.
To access these lists, sellers can click on Lists from the navigation bar in Crossbeam for Sales. From there they can click on any of the account records to access co-selling templates and initiate a conversation with your partner.
