You can access this flow via Crossbeam Copilot (in all apps), within our Crossbeam for Sales Slack app, and within our Crossbeam for Sales in-app platform.

Who sets up the Crossbeam Co-selling Templates and Workflows?

Anyone designated as a Manager within Crossbeam for Sales can configure the templates, enable specific partners sellers can send inquiries to, and set up the designated Slack channels messages are sent to for each partner.

Can I designate certain questions for only one or two of my partners?

Yes. When adding a new question to your Co-selling Templates, you can specify if the question should be available as a default question for all partners, or if the question should only be available for designated partners.
