How do you define an Offline Partner?

Offline Partners are those that do not have a Crossbeam account, but you as a company have data you can use for account mapping purposes. Offline Partners look a lot like your regular partners, but are denoted as Offline with a ghost icon within the Crossbeam application.

How many Offline Partners can I add to Crossbeam?

If you are on our free Explorer plan, you can add one Offline Partner with three standard populations. If you’re on a paid plan, you can add unlimited Offline Partners and configure up to three standard populations for each.

Why should I include my Offline Partners

Including your Offline Partners within Crossbeam allows you to take advantage of Crossbeam’s Account Mapping and Reporting tools rather than working from within multiple spreadsheets.
