Remote-First Since
Our Founding

It’s part of the founding philosophy of Crossbeam: Since our inception, we’ve been remote-first — every workflow, process, and tradition here is location agnostic. That means:

  • All important communication and collaboration happens where it’s accessible to everyone, regardless of location.
  • A coworking stipend so you can use local spaces for solo work or meeting with other Crossbeamers.
  • We use the best tools of the trade — Zoom, Slack, Notion, and more — to help us get work done and keep things fun.
  • We host a yearly meetup with the entire team and teams are given the space and budget to plan occasional IRL meetups.

Every full-time employee receives a stock option grant that allows them to participate in the upside of our growing company. We will match 50% of your 401(k) contributions up to a threshold of 2% of your salary.

Parental Leave

Both primary and non-primary caregivers receive paid parental leave along with additional phase-in flexibility when they return.
