One of our core values is “Trust is our Business.” Crossbeam is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing systems and controls that help ensure modern slavery does not take place in our business or in our supply chains.

Crossbeam Inc. is a Delaware corporation, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.  While most of Crossbeam’s business is conducted in the United States, we are expanding internationally. Crossbeam is the partnership ecosystem platform. As a result, thousands of customers trust our service to accelerate their growth through partnerships.

We are committed to a work environment and supply chain that is free from human trafficking and slavery. We do not tolerate or condone such conduct in any part of our global organization. Our Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We encourage our employees to raise any concerns and support an employee’s ability to individually raise concerns or grievances. These measures help combat modern slavery and protect human rights in our business practices and supply chains.

Our supply chains primarily include procurement of computer software and equipment, third-party contractors, facilities maintenance, and office supplies. We believe that our exposure to the risks of modern slavery is very limited with regard to our business. However, we still recognize the potential for modern slavery to occur and will periodically review this assessment and institute appropriate actions in accordance with the circumstances.
